Traffic Patterns

and the fabric...

Traffic Patterns by Susan Polston

This nursery idea board was inspired by my friend Susan’s fabric for a spoonflower competition. If you like this idea board and the fabric, could you please take a moment to vote for it?

Directions:
Once you click on the link. Scroll through until you see her pattern, featured here.
Click on the fabric (a green box will outline the fabric to show you have selected it)
Then continue scrolling to the third page to submit your vote.
It is a few short steps, and is greatly appreciated!

The Finished Nursery

Here is the real life version of my inspiration board.  Everything is set...except the letters for our son's name - you will have to wait until after he is born for that one!

Here are our art work choices, include a french knot piece by my very talented friend Lindsay

...now all we need is the baby!

Exciting News

I am very excited to announce that I am now a guest blogger over at Polka Dot Peacock.  My nursery idea board that was featured on with two cats landed me the gig and I couldn't be more excited!  I will be sharing idea boards, baby inspiration, and reviews of products I love.  This will be a huge creative outlet for me (and also save this blog from being over run by baby).  I will be sharing my posts via twitter, so be sure to follow me.

My first post. "Room to Grow: Pink and Green," featured baby furniture that is built to last.  You can easily outfit a nursery with "real" furniture that you child can use for as long as it will last.  Of course the Lilly Lover in me focused this first post on pink and green.  Check it out here and let me know what you think!
