Three Months Old

{At church last Sunday}

Dear Baby Behr,

I have been meaning to write.  But each time I think about sitting at the computer I would rather spend time with you.  Each day you change and grow.  It is all happening too fast.  Your daddy and I want to slow down time so we can truly cherish each moment with you.

You are three months old today.  You are getting more and more expressive.  Sometimes you hold entire conversations of coos and ahs with us.  You love laying on your back and playing.  You kick and squirm like you are going to roll over, but stop moving whenever we get out the video camera.  You are a bit of a ham.  Walking around, seeing new things, and meeting new people always makes you happy.  You like it when we read to you or all dance together.  We love these moments with you too.

You are such a happy baby.  When you see one of us after we have been gone for a while, you greet us with the biggest smile.  Your big smile is our favorite our of all of your expressions. Well, maybe our favorite expression is actually your frowns, but either way we love your smile!

We are so blessed to have you.  You have truly stolen our hearts.  Even in the middle of the night when you wake up crying, or at five am when you are wide awake and want to play, your daddy and I can't help but be delighted in you.  We thank God for you daily.

Okay buddy, you can stop getting older now.  Thanks.

Love,
your momma

    I just got your comment over on DDD! Thanks for stopping by! Just wanted to let you know... I use InDesign and Photoshop(CS5) for retouching (i'm actually a graphic designer in "real" life, lol).
