San Francisco Bay Area | East Bay Love

Do you see that face? That is the face of sick. Yup, Behr came down with a fever on the first night of our trip. By Saturday morning it was a full blown cold with a runny nose I am still chasing down. But it didn't stop us from East Bay Love! Mike and Kelsey took us to the infamous Norm's Place where I got in a debate about the Giants (and thought I was talking about a football team, whoops!) and Kelsey taught Behr to color with crayons.  We cherished our visit with friends Mike and Kelsey, cousins Christine and Brendon, and double bonus, cousin Dave was out visiting too! We toured around the local farmer's market and went to a rotisserie for dinner, all the while enjoyed company of friends and family who live too far away. On Sunday, they led us North into Sonoma to experience wine country for the first time. Our stops included Benziger and Imagery. The weather was beautiful and I fell in love with the orange flowers below. They grow like wild along the side of the road, and are planted neatly in beds in pristine gardens. I love them!  If you know what they are, please tell me.Highlights: Norm's Place, Danville Famers Market, Benziger, Imagery

  5. YAY EAST BAY! Bliss in a box, right there (I don't even know what that means). I am sad we didn't get to catch up in my 'hood, but you certainly got the perfect tour in. I've got to contact Mike and Kelsey to help with my PowerPoint persuasion presentation.

Danville has excellent schools, you know ;)
